How do I book an appointment?

We recommend booking with us online here or directly with the Square Go app. We do require a credit card number to hold your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of the booking. This is simply to hold your appointment.

Are you appointment only?

No, sometimes we have same-day openings! You can check to see what we have available daily here. We do recommend you booking online once you find a same-day slot that fits your schedule.

I’m running late to my appointment. How much time do I have before I’m unable to be serviced?

We offer a ten-minute grace period before we are unable to seat a client for their scheduled appointment. (Grace period excludes beard services.) Showing up more than 10 minute after your appointment scheduled to begin is considered a no-show.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We have physical gift cards available for purchase at our shop and e-gift card as well. To purchase an e-gift card, click here.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. To cancel or change your appointment, you can email cuts@thehenchmenhouse.com or call give us at (616) 805-3412.

Changes prior to 24 hours can be made by logging into your client profile here or within the Square Go app. Don’t have the Square Go app? Download it here to manage all your appointments in one spot.

If you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Covid Policy Update

At this time, we no longer require masks in our shop per MDHHS & CDC guidelines.

However, we do ask if you have been exposed or tested positive for COVID to please cancel your appointment. We will get you rescheduled once you are feeling better.

We understand things do come up in life. Please email us at cuts@thehenchmenhouse.com as soon as you are aware you are unable to make your appointment due to sickness, emergencies, etc.

Any time after that, we do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
